Do you know if the 4.2 updates will contain these features?

The ability for a user to request a pin or feature on a topic? (maybe i tiny pin button inside the first post - which will then be flagged in the modcp for pin - or go further and automate it if enough people flag it for pin, do the same to unpin it and make the value changeable by admin)

And rewards/rep for reporting content that is moderated? (report a post - post is edited by admin or removed - system rewards those who reported it)

I ask because i see this as 2 great user engagement / rewards to promote good behavior - features that i really want to see.
