RSS Feed Import - very limited configuration

The RSS import to forum topic is an essential feature for me but is unfortunately not suitable due to the very limited configuration options. I suggest the following changes...

• Add ability to set number of items to import at a time
• Add ability to set time frequency of importing items
• Customize what is displayed in the topic from the feed

Is this something to be implemented in the future? I'm sure it was there in version 3.x
