nexus non responsive ads

Just wondering if I was using the nexus advertising system and someone uploaded a nonresponsive banner, would it still reduce to whatever view size someone is using or will it create a scroll bar? IPB4

Neither... It will display nothing if too big. I've currently been working with the support team on this issue. So say for example I've got 468x60 ads they display fine on a desktop or laptop. Now switch over to mobile view vertical it doesn't show. Horizontal depending on screen size will show.
