How to control the username of a deleted user

If I delete a user/account, the username changes to "guest".

How/where can I change that to still be the username as original, or ex guest_username?

1: You can install a hook, but I don't now of it works with a Guest post. 

2: It's possible to change it in your database, but then you have to now what your doing... (not recommended!) 

Tip! Don't delete a account, change it to a fake name and email address. Ones deleted is deleted..
