After merging posts, members can't reply to topic

I merged all posts of very important topic with it's duplication. People lost permission to add replies to this topic. Of course, except Moderators and Administrators. Only members lost. What's wrong? I have no idea, how to fix it.

Did you perhaps merge it with a topic that was in a different forum somewhere? Check the permission of the forum the thread is in right now.

Both topics were in the same place, where Members have all permissions.
