Broke: Custom Plugin Block - Gallery/Image Feed

Trying to create a Custom Block, using the Image Feed plugin from the Gallery.

When I use the "default" Image Feed on my homepage it works great.

When I try and use a Custom Block it does not work at all.

I am sure it is not the settings either, all seems fine. (see attached)
