JWSOUNDGROUP Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 Many of my members are reporting that they are not able to stay logged in. When having to sign in again after a period of inactivity, they are prompted (required) to do a password reset. This is happening over and over for some. I have had them check their browser, make sure that cookies are active, made sure there was no auto-fill of incorrect password, etc. I'm not sure what can be done about this. Any ideas, has anyone else had this problem?
