Manually entering emotes in PMs/Chat issues

So two things here..

 

First of all is this error in googles page inspection when entering in an emote manually while sending PMs or in forums, as in typing it out and not clicking the emote button:

GET http://www.nwraid.net/messenger/307/undefined 404 (Not Found)

This is actually happening everywhere.  Forums, PMs, Chat

I don't even SEE a messenger folder in my directories??  Anyone have a suggestion here?

 

The 2nd issue is CHAT - It works momentarily and then all of a sudden when you type a message and hit enter to send, the message no longer clears that you just typed and it keeps automatically repeating the same line of text over and over.  The only fix is to leave chat.

Any ideas on this??

I saw that also on 4.1.6 a couple of days ago.  We left chat also for the fix, got a server error on return but after a few tries all was ok.
