Pages blocks - Get article category

Hi,

I've been searchign for this for ages with no luck.

When creating a block for a list of articles, I want to display the category the article is in, but I am not sure what to use to pull this data into the block.

Also, if there is a handy list of all the variables you can pull into blocks, I'd love to know where it is.
