Installing to another folder

Hello,

I was running Invision forum for 11 years now.

I was using a portal, mkportal and unrealportal for the last 4 years.

I want to install IPS4 to another folder like "forum"

Wich modifications are needeed to to that please ?

I want to upgrade to the latest version.

And I want to have no 'forum" folder.

My site is: www.csst.biz/forum and I want www.csst.biz

Hi Guy,

I'd suggest your first copy everything across to the new folder(s), literally, follow the steps in my post, using "http://www.csst.biz/forum/"  as the old domain and folder name, and http://www.csst.biz/" as the new domain name.

Once you then have working everything correctly, I'd suggest you only then upgrade to IPS 4.1.
