IPB 4.x Downloads problem

I have upgraded my forums and downloads to latest version of IPB v4.x

IP Downloads are working fine, but I can see in the error log that some of the files could not be found.

Before the upgrade I have copied the Downloads and Screenshots folder and most of the stuff works fine, but can't figure out which files are missing and why.

Here's the error message:

Sorry, there is a problem

The CSRF protection key did not match. This may indicate a plugin or theme is out of date. Please contact technical support for more information.

Error code: 2S119/1
