How To Hide Profile Email Addresses & Disable PM For Admin?

1) I need all email addresses in the member profiles hidden across the forum. How can I do that?

2) I need to disable PMs for a particular Admin. So he cannot be PMed by members. How can I do that?

Only admins see.

He can disable or you can log in as him and disable. PM main page: "Disable my messenger"

Thanks, but I still want the Admin to be able PM people himself. I just want to remove public links on his profile that allow him to be easily spammed with frivolous PMs. How would that be possible?
