Password Protected Forums - Keep having to re-enter

I have an issue where even though everyone has logged in these password protected forums, they keep having to reenter their password from mobile devices.

Example:

Anyway to fix that where once they enter the password, they stay logged in?

And is there a way to stop new posts from the password protected forum from showing up in the "Unread Posts" activity?
