Try running the support tool, it will clear bad cache and it will then go through a process of disabling 3rd party applications and plugins. If the issue is resolved after the applications/plugins have been disabled. Then enable them again one by one until you find the culprit and report the issue to the author.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, then raise a support ticket.
