No Option to add INTERAL link into menu?

I like the new menu Manager. Actually I love it!!

One thing I can't figure out how to do though is add a link to a specific internal URL

I see external but no internal URL option.

Suppose I wanted to link to a specific forum or to the specific page one of my plugins creates. How would I do it?
