How do you add moderators to forums or apps like in 3.4?

Need to add mods to specific forums and apps.

For example in 3.4 there is "Category and Forum Overview" "Add (name) or group"

"Add moderator to checked forum(s)"

And the 3.4 group setting has "Group Settings, Global, Report Center, Forum, Blog, Gallery" tabs.

Where is this in 4.1? Everything says "content." Can edit all content etc. What about specific forums, blogs, etc?

It's not in the new Guides section for adding moderators either.

Members >Moderators > Add Moderators > Choose the group or individual that you want to make a mod > You may have to "Uncheck All" (as that's a global mod) > Go to the app > Add permissions as needed or choose "Check All" per app.

Thanks! That did it. But I also went back to the guide, and should have watched the video, it's all there. Kudos to staff for the new Guides section! Note to self: The videos contain additional information.
