Social sharing tool placement - need help

I want to have the http://www.sharethis.com/ social sharing buttons/bars in the forum. It asked to put a JS , where is the place i should put it ? so it appears on every topic detail page

 

for example this page - http://jalan2.com/fo...dari-handphone/

 

1. i want it to appear on the top section, just beside the 5 stars rating. Where should i put the sharethis code ?

 

(screenshot called top share pic attached )

 

 

2. Also on the bottom share ( attached ), which template & area should i put the code so it appears just like in the screenshot ?

• Copy the span tags and place them where you want your buttons to appear in the code.
