3.4.7 -> 4.1.3.2 different problems

Hello,

i hope somebody can help - i have done the upgrade to new ips but there are happend a lot of problems:

• during upgrade script everything seemed to worked with 100% withou any error
• all pulldown menus not working anymore
• theme builder not possible to add any pages/database blocks - edit button does not work/open
• with gallery block no problem for example 
• all images which were added with old add media/library function are only hyperlinks now
• Acp background processes are stick, maybe this is responsible for problem with images?

i am using at the moment ips standard theme without any individual moda or edits 

Hopefully anyone know what here the problem is - thanks in advance
