Our users are reported that the site is becoming a bit laggy at times and I've noticed it myself since the upgraded to to 4.1.3.2, I've also noticed here that when typing within the editor, it lags for a second and then catches up. Doesn't always happen fairly random. 

On both it can happen when browsing and scrolling up and down, it "could" be PC related, it could be browser related, it could be notifcation related - however, I was just curious if anyone has experienced something similar since the most recent update (4.1.2 / 4.1.3)

Sort of - I just upgraded to 4.1.3.2, and there are now times where it just didn't want to go to the ACP. I exited and tried again, and it loaded right up.
