Backgound Color on Tables

Hi, I want to know why my tables aren't showing up properly like they use to.

They used to be able to show background colors properly and the tables aren't all scrunched up like they are now. How do I fix it? Or at least fix the background color problem? Thanks.

 

Anyone who was having problems with background colors in tables have a solution to this problem?

Does it still look the same on the default theme?

 

Are you using a plugin for your table making?

Yeah it pretty much looks the same. No we're not using a mod. I'm not aware of any plugin for table making, I think our users just prepare them on Word and then copy-paste and it's worked for them in the past.
