Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
h-y-b-r-i-d Posted November 5, 2015 Posted November 5, 2015 I setup a fresh install, latest version, site works fine untill i add the line to constants.php. I then lose all css on the front end and some bits on the back end. Any ideas how i get this working?
h-y-b-r-i-d Posted November 6, 2015 Author Posted November 6, 2015 Re-uploaded all files, still broken. Would love to get this working if anyone can throw me a bone please.
VizionDev Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 This is normally a system resource issue, developer/designer mode likes to use a lot of it. Though, for clarity sake - are any errors appearing in the element inspector? 404/500 etc ?
h-y-b-r-i-d Posted November 6, 2015 Author Posted November 6, 2015 Not on shared hosting, so should be ok? No errors that I can see.
VizionDev Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 The IPS Cloud does not support developer mode iirc, They suggest you to get a self-hosted server for development purposes. What did you need done?
h-y-b-r-i-d Posted November 6, 2015 Author Posted November 6, 2015 It is MY server. NOT shared, NOT IPS.

Ah, I had read it differently before your edit, Good luck with this, in my experience - it's system resource related. I have the same issue on MY live server, I don't have the same issue on MY localhost dev server.

h-y-b-r-i-d Posted November 6, 2015 Author Posted November 6, 2015 I have xampp running, will try local then. Appreciate the offer tho.
h-y-b-r-i-d Posted November 6, 2015 Author Posted November 6, 2015 Works just great on localhost. Thanks!
