Blog loopback, can't submit new entry.

One of my users has two blogs and recently tried to post an entry to the existing blog.  Once she selected the correct blog,she has two, she was presented with another screen and another selection pull-down.  It never moves to the blog in question so she can enter anything.  If she goes directly to her blog and tries to post, it goes to this second pulldown screen asking her to select which blog to post to, then the loop continues.

 

I on the other hand can blog just fine.  Any ideas?
