Urgent help needed!

Hello everyone!

I upgraded to 4.1 from 4.0 and after facing several bugs I decided to go back. After I reverted my backup, the Pages app somehow lost its friendly URLS and now all the records look like this:

http://example.com/?app=cms&module=pages&controller=page&path=page/record-name

Instead of

http://example.com/page/recoord-name

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
