[Nexus] Payment Methods - Paypal

Aloha!

I would love to setup Paypal payment method in Nexus. To get Client ID and Secret i need to create app in this page https://developer.paypal.com/developer/applications that is available only for US. Non-US must use "Classic App" where can't get Secret. 

Am I doing something wrong?
