1S111/1 Invalid argument supplied for foreach() - Upgrade stopped

I really hope someone from the team reads a this time the suppport tickets ;-). After over 24 hours converting my post I am at 26% and got now the failure:

1S111/1 Invalid argument supplied for foreach()  

Any idea here?

It's an upgrade to the 4.x version.

 

Systemqueue
Runs background queue tasks.

This one is now locked

 

Also manually doesn't work.It's the backround process converting the post and now the process is locked.
