Unable to change block color!

Hi guys,

I was modified my forum themes and find out that I can't change color of some blocks. Any suggestion?

And is it possible to fit ADsense into block perfectly?

Simple css edits can achieve what you are after. You may need to convert your theme to manual mode however.
