Can't upgrade to latest version

I can't upgrade my IPS4 board to the latest version. It freeze at this step:

 

I tried many times, but nothing happens.

Once you are done uploading the files, go to the following:

 

yourdomain.com/forumlocation/upgrade, hope that helps!

The problem is that the upgrade files/folder are not downloaded.

Is your computer asking for you to download something? Or blocking the download?

Nope!

I tried from Mac, from PC, restarted server, remove SSL, clear cache .... same ;/
