Request: Set a theme resource as a theme setting has unexpected results

e.g

For this example theme.header_image1 is set to a resource link: {resource file="" ..... }

{{if theme.header_image1}}<img src='{theme="header_image1"}' alt='Header Image'/>{{endif}}

In this instance, it won't retrieve the file from the resource identifier it will literally try to load the string "{resource file="" ..... }"

I assume this is a back to front parsing issue
