Followed content?

Is "Followed Content" widget no longer available or am I just missing it? It's easily the most requested feature from my users since the upgrade to 4.0. Having content you're following that has new posts show up in the top right was the best way for people to keep on top of content they're most interested in.

I don't think its there anymore when the new upgrade came because some of the blocks were deleted.
