Page 4.0.9.2 - Selection of the source board does not

I have a block that I use to take the latest message from a forum.
Since the 4.0.9 update, my block no longer working. It does not save the source forum selection.
I tested with browsers: Firefox (last version) and Chromium (last version).

 

The bug is still 4.0.9.2.

I can replicate this. Can you post this in the bug tracker please.
