Managing Full Message Boxes

Hi

Does anyone know how to manage a full message box in IP4.

IS there a setting in admin where we can specify a message limit (seems to default to 250). Could we make it 500?

Beyond, emptying the whole inbox, how does a member quickly delete messages to clean their box out?

I need the same answer. Message box is full and I can't see any way to delete individual messages.

How do I delete messages?

To delete a message: Once you are in the message...look to the right, click Message and in drop down menu choose "leave conversation". Counter intuitive for me frankly and I couldn't figure it out until someone posted that somewhere else.

To set the number of messages a Group can have: ACP>Members>Groups
Then on the right click the pencil for that Group. Under the tab "Social" you can set the number of messages you can save.
