Account created from social network, set password?

I'm testing several login handlers, like Google+ and Facebook, and when I create an account with one of these services, there's no option in the account to set a password, thus it's not possible to disassociate all the services, you obviously have to have 1 at least otherwise you would lose access to the account.

I went to the ACP and manually set a password for the account, only then it's possible to edit the password from the front-end as the user.

Is this a bug? If not I really think this needs to be looked at.
