ibf_cache_store table doesn't exist error

This error is the only sql error that has been logged in all of June or 84,652 times.

It started on the day I upgraded to 4.0.6.1 (running 4.0.8.1 now)

The tablename starts with the database name:

Error: 1146 - Table '********.ibf_cache_store' doesn't exist

Do you know what can be done to fix this?
