Hello,

I've experienced similiar bug to plenty of 3.4->4.0 upgraders - missing css. After checking the browser console, turned out my css were loading up with double urls:
http://forum.minecraft.pl/http://forum.minecraft.pl/uploads/javascript_global/root_framework.js.84f5b337dssad4dd828ed8bd72556cae.js?v=91acb12471

Any way to remove that additional url, even through mod_rewrite / .htaccess? I really need it working till tommorow, and since my bug was in the beginning not critical (it was like that while using constats.php, removing this file fixed the issue), after contacting support and following the steps my forum broke down completely.

Go here:

System > Files (under the Overview header) > Storage Settings > Configurations > Edit

Add your URL there.

In case anyone stumble upon this problem like me - go to the storage table in database, change the URL so that it will show only /uploads and FLUSH THE CACHE (support -> start). It works, BIG THANKS

My chat suddenly disappeared though, but that's another issue.. ;)
