Number of files in uploads doubled after upgrade

The number of files in the uploads directory seems to have doubled after upgrade to 4.0.6.1. They were about 40.000 before the upgrade to IPS4 but are now about 78.000.

Old ipb 3.4 uploads subdirectories and files got copied over to the new subdirectories, like attachments and profile_photos, and the original ones left in it's place.

I checked this right after the upgrade and this hasn't changed.
