Upgrade from 3.4.x to 4.0.6.1 issue with style/css

Hi,

Today we did upgrade to the latest version from 3.4, but in the site and in acp there not css/Style..

There is solution about this;;;

Yes, I've the same... still... had the same issue with 4.0.5.x. Was counting on that this 4.0.6.x would have fixed it, but no.

Created yesterday morning new ticket for this (916474), but no reply for 30+ hours.
