1S136/M - "You are not allowed to give reputation to this user."

Hey everyone, I'm sorry if this question is obvious or has been answered before but I'm new to IPBoards and wasn't able to find the answer by searching these forums or Google.

I'm currently slow-launching a community on my site http://www.listenmoneymatters.com.  Me and some of my team members are liking posts and then being immediately brought to an error page that says "You are not allowed to give reputation to this user."

What do I have to do to allow everyone to like anyone's post? I checked the reputation settings and it didn't look like there was anything specifically preventing this ability.

In the Reputation settings, are any groups checked in this field?
