SAMPLE of editor issue

I have noticed a couple of times that when I create a post with an attachment, *sometimes* my next post begins with my previous post, as though it was a saved draft. I can't find a reproducible sequence, and didn't see anyone having the same problem.

Anyone else experience something like that?

Also, when I attempt to install an application add-on I get a white screen.  I am not sure where to look to see the error.  The response from support was to upgrade, but 4.0.5 didn't fare well in my testing.

 

(I am leaving this text in here because oddly I am beginning a new topic and this was ALREADY in my editor).  I had even just replied to another post just a minute ago.

Here's the original post which I wrote yesterday and was in the editor when I began this post (which was intended to be a brand new topic)
