Expiration Notification Mod needed

We use Nexus to handle the subscriptions to our forums.  Unfortunately a notification only goes out after the subscription has expired.  We would like to have a notification go out about a week before it expires.  Can that be done?

I've set a warning 4 days before renewal is going out .. and the renewal 3 days before expire ..

We have ours set to 10 days, but some of our members are telling me that they are not getting notified before their subscription expires.
