Is there a way to clear the translation cache?

Hello

I've added a German translation to my forum (4.0.2). The import feature seemed to work quite well.

Yesterday I uploaded a new version of the language pack. But some changes are not reflected in the forum. I've also changed a few keys slightly myself. But those changes are also not visible in the forum.

I haven't found a cache in the AdminCP for translations. Do I have to empty a translation cache somewhere to see these changes?
