Admins & Moderators notification for all new topic ?

Hello,

Yesterday, I upgraded from 3.4.6 to RC4 successfully

I created 1 new category and 2 new forums

Strange thing, when I create a topic in theses forums, a mail is sent to the admins and the moderators

 

I checked a lot of things, followers of the news forums, followers of the topic starter... can't find why these mails are sent... can you help me please ?

Am I alone or is this a known problem on IPS4?

It was a known bug in RC4.  Upgrade to RC5 and it is fixed.

I upgraded to RC5 and no more email
