As a courtesy, the fix is:

- find in the XML:

return str_replace( array( 'dd', 'mm', 'yy', 'yyyy' ), array(

Change to:

return str_replace( array( 'DD', 'MM', 'YY', 'YYYY' ), array(

Plugin does not work on the latest version. If you enable force birthday on reg then they wont be able to register as the panel is bugged.

Yup, it shows the option but you're unable to choose your birth date.

Works by my, this is a fix after the 4.1.13 / 4.1.13.2 release.

apparently this was preventing users from registering for some time now,
installing the latest build doesn't work atm on 4.1.13.2,

I'am not familiar with this code, but you can try to run the support tool to clear your cache data and install it again.

installing the old version gives me the same error now,

i tried to do upgrade new version install on my backup instance where i still had the older version installed,
the update failed with the same error,

Older versions are kept on Changelog, so no need to keep them in newest version.
