community.ip.com = ping does not respond

I've had several issues this morning with the site disappearing unexpectedly, on and off. Ping wouldn't respond either. I thought the DNS issues were a thing of the past and figured I'd mention it. This also gives me the opportunity to see what IPS 4 does with URLs in the title and other characters.
