Add a "try again" button in the activity stream flood control message

Lets see if I can explain this.

Lets say that I'm a member of an user-group that has a 20 seconds flood control to search. If I click Activity Stream, it gets me to all the activity, but if I click Topics before the 20 seconds went by, I'll get the flood control message. I suspect many people will go back to hit Activity Stream, thus they will be back to all the activity instead of Topics.

Sure, people can use F5 to refresh the page when they get the flood control message until they are able to search, refreshing to the last click which was Topics.

But these less avid users of the internet may find themselves in a loop, "unable" to get to the content stream they want.
