Pages navigation and add record request

This a was a thing missing from the 3 series Content and really should be baked in at this point.

When viewing a distinct record, there is no next/previous record buttons. You have to back out to the category view and navigate from there. Marcher I believe threw out some code in the forums to handle this back then which was fantastic.

Ditto for an add record button - also not present on record view.
