Lack of indication on whether community enhancements are enabled

When looking at the community enhancements section it strikes me as being harder than I think it should be in order to visually know which enhancements are already active. 

The only separation is the text that says "Enable" if it's disabled and "Disable" if it's enabled. 

But I feel there should be some additional visual guide on what is enabled here. 

I feel a different color on the buttons might do it, but it may be hard to decide whether "Enable" or "Disable" should get the green color...

Or maybe the buttons should instead say "Enabled" and "Disabled" (with green / red button color) and then a clearly distinguishable toggle icon you could use for toggling.
