Anyone tried tokudb engine yet?

Instead of using innodb, I've switched to tokudb as an experiment in a dev environment. Has anyone tried this? I ran into some strange behaviors so I was wondering if this was too wild a move.

Ever since tokudb became opensource and after reading about it, I thought it would be an interesting option.
