This not skin issue but forum problem you need do following

ADMIN CP - SYSTEM - SYSTEM SETTINGS - MEMBERS - USER PROFILE - ALLOW GRAVATAR - TICK NO

then will allow change your profile images to what like using default ones to upload them from desktop
