Change on lang string subject__subs_with_post should be in knowledge base

From 3.2.3 to 3.3.3 it seems that you've changed one (and only one, a little curious...) of the language strings that has to do with the notifications.

Before, subject__subs_with_post used %s, now it appearantly use #POSTER#, #URL# and #TITLE#. This is not something I've found information about in the knowledge base..?
