Make status updates ignorable

See title of the topic. The purpose of the ignore system is to effectively render another user nonexistent. Being able to ignore their posts, signature, and private messages is great, but there's no facility to ignore their status updates, which breaks the effect. This would be a great addition to the ignore system.
